NTA's third-party plan review helps to ensure your structure meets or exceeds requirements for quality, safety and performance, as well as being code compliant. We are an industry leader in verifying HUD, modular, residential, commercial and industrial buildings are compliant to the International Residential Code (IRC), International Building Code (IBC) and other state and Federal standards.
Each member of our plan review staff is not only a certified plan reviewer, but a dedicated account manager who will be with you throughout the entire project. Their in-depth understanding of your project will be able to help you stay on schedule. Our staff includes expert plan reviewers with certifications in all disciplines, as well as Professional Engineers, who are registered in all 50 states, Guam, the District of Columbia, and parts of Canada.
NTA also offers preliminary plan review. This service can be utilized when the construction documents are in the early stage of development. An NTA Permit Set is for fast-track projects, or foundation permit requests, when a complete set of documents is not ready.
In 1998, NTA introduced the industry's first electronic plan review software, eDAPIA. Over time, eDAPIA has evolved into an entire online project management system that gives our clients the ability access their project files anytime, anywhere. This ease of access speeds up our already well-know turn-around time by allowing our clients to send and receive transmittals and documents regardless of time or location.
NTA is an approved DAPIA and IPIA (one of only five private companies to earn this distinction) by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In addition, NTA is a designated third-party agency for Modular by the Industrialized Buildings Commission (IBC).
