NTA Certified: Green Ready

The NTA Green Ready label on a HUD or Modular home indicates that the home has been built by the manufacturer in accordance with Green Building practices approved by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Research Center. The NAHB Research Center Green Certification can then be obtained by the builder upon completion of the site work. NTA Inc.’s experienced Green Building staff will walk both the manufacturer and the builder through the required documentation and certification process.

With locations throughout the country, NTA Inc’s staff can travel to you and your project site to complete all Inspection Services, using NAHB verifiers. Because of current tax incentive programs and both state and national funding programs for green building, NTA Inc. will ensure that you are receiving all of the appropriate benefits for choosing to build green.

When your HUD or modular homes are NTA CERTIFIED: GREEN READY, based on NAHB guidelines, potential home buyers immediately understand that the builder is environmentally engaged - a key selling point with today's eco-savvy home buyer.
